Some tips:
- Don’t eat heavy meals before receiving a massage as this may result in you getting nausea.
- If this is your first visit, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment so we can go through the paperwork without impacting your session.
- Oils and fragrant (or non scented) lotions are used to help create less friction between your skin and the therapist's hands. Let the therapist know which you would prefer.
- Massages often times hurt a bit. However, if you start to feel pain, let the therapist know. This will prevent you from getting injured.
- The therapist may ask you to breathe deeply during massage. This helps loosen tough spots.
- Drink lots of water before your appointment to release toxins out of your body.
